Miguel Angel Aquino Pena

Miguel Angel Aquino Pena is quiet and shy, and a good student.  He lives with his mother Miguelina Pena Ulloa.  Miguel has one 6-year-old sister named Perla, and one

8 yr old brother named Gustavo.  Miguel’s mom works at a local department store, and his dad drives a motorcycle taxi for a living.

Miguel is 5 yrs old and was born 16^th June 2005.  He goes to school in the afternoons for 3 hours, and is in Sr. kindergarten.  Miguel is in good health, and wants to be a doctor when he grows up.

Miguel’s house is very small, and almost directly on the water (sea).  There is one bedroom that sleeps 2 adults and 3 kids.  They all sleep in one bed.  There is no shower facility.  The bathroom is a community one, and the toilet was disgusting.  It was one of the worst toilets I came across.  Miguelina doesn’t have much space, but she has her family photos proudly displayed on her living room wall.
